Plan
The
Blacktail is a brand new plan from Dawson Builders! Especially drawn for
us to reflect the changes in today's market and buyer. This home has a
nostalgic feel with everything you need and nothing you don't. The front
porch is a great place to watch the kids ride up and down the street on
their bikes. On the main level there is 723 sq ft. The livingroom, dining
room and kitchen flow seamlessly into each other and yet are separate. There is access from the kitchen to the
garage to carry in groceries and to the backyard through a french door.
Upstairs there is about 754 sq ft and three nice size bedrooms, two baths
as well as the utility room. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, it's
