The Bridger is One of Dawson Builder's best values! It's perfect for just
about anyone. Sure it's a split entry that's 1040 sq ft up, 1000 sq ft down.
You'd never know that when you walk inside. The ceilings in the living room
and kitchen are vaulted and the two rooms are open to each other. The
kitchen is a U shape with tons of countertop. There's a peninsula that's a snack bar too so the cook is never isolated from the activity in the livingroom. The kitchen has recessed lighting, smooth top range, built in microwave, and dishwasher. The good sized breakfast area features a patio door to the deck for grilling or sipping iced tea in the summer. There are two nice sized bedrooms and a really nice sized bath with a double sink vanity and linen closet. The basement is daylight so there's no dungeon feel. There's room for two more bedrooms, an additional bath as well as a family room. To top it all off there's a double attached garage that rounds out the house.
