What
used to be a pumpkin patch is now Billings Height's newest, nicest
subdivision. Dawson Builders has expanded to this new area to offer buyers a
choice in Height's neighborhoods. Both the north and south sides of Emma
Jean have existing homes on large lots with mature trees. The wildlife in
this area is plentiful, the area sheltered and secluded. There will be a
park maintained by the subdivision and a walking path around the perimeter.
There are thirty lots in Phase I, and six of those are spoken for. Lots
range in size from 7400-9900 square feet. Prices from 45,000.
Schools are Beartooth, Castlerock, and Skyview. Emma Jean Height's will be a great little subdivision and completely different from any new subdivision in the Heights. If you need directions to find Emma Jean here's the link to MapQuest. It's a general map of the area.
Because Emma Jean is so new it doesn't show up on MapQuest or Google. However, if you take Wicks going east to Bitterroot, turn south on Bitterroot to Anchor, you're there.
