The Flathead- One Dawson Builder's most popular plans! This home is a four
level available in either two or three bedroom w/ two baths option as well as either 1195/1195, or 1339/1339 total square feet. The main level is all open and vaulted, if you are into the great room concept, this is it. There are two bay windows, one in the living room and one in the dining area so there's lots of light! The kitchen is large and U-shaped and has a multitude of storage opportunities. It features a smooth top range, built in microwave, and dishwasher and recessed lighting. There's also a peninsula that's a snack bar too and a slider to the backyard for easy summer cooking and entertaining. Upstairs there can be two or three bedrooms and two baths. The two bedroom option is the most common. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and the master bath has a six foot soaking tub, double vanity sink and linen closet. The third level can be finished as a den/office/family room. The utility room and bath are most often plumbed at this level too. The lowest level is a great area for additional bedrooms or storage or a larger family room.
