The Gallatin is a rancher with a neighborhood friendly front porch! The
front door opens to an entry that's open to but not in the living area, so
there's lots of room to move around and take off coats. It's nice sized at
1325/1325 square feet up and down. It has a great kitchen that's isolated
from traffic flow, but open to both the dining and living areas. It's
U-shape that is all countertop and cabinets and really allows the cook to
spread out! If that wasn't enough, there's a large walk-in pantry closet. At
the same time, it has a snack bar that encourages conversation with the cook
or quick bites on the run but doesn't interfere with the activity in the
work area. The dining and living areas are open to one another. The ceilings
are vaulted throughout the main living areas. The living room has a
fireplace to encourage gathering and spending time and a patio door to a
deck or patio to enjoy the great outdoors. This plan also has three
bedrooms, the master with a very nicely sized bath and walk-in closet, as
well as main floor utilities. Plus, the unfinished basement has tons of room
for a large family with room for at least two more bedrooms, a bath and a
media/family/game room.
