Stillwater

The Stillwater is a very popular front to back
split 3 or 4-level home that is offered in two sizes and two price
ranges. The living room is really big so there's lot's of room to play,
watch TV or visit. It's separate from the kitchen but open too so if the
dishes aren't done it's okay. The kitchen itself is very large with an
island so everyone can be together, but not underfoot. It's all
cabinets and countertop. There's a lazy Susan, plentiful drawers
and a pantry closet. Of course there's recessed lighting, smooth top range,
built in microwave, and a garbage disposal. The eating area will fit a nice
sized table to there's room for everyone and there's also a patio door to
get to the deck so grilling burgers is no big deal. The kitchen and dining
room overlook the vaulted living room that has an arched window, double
vault ceiling and boxed window seat. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The
master suite in either version is good sized. The lower two levels of this
home are left unfinished There's room for at least one or two more bedrooms,
bath, and family room and then to top it all off there's a fourth level that
lends itself nicely to a man cave/Media room or teenager's bedroom.
