The Timbercreek is a 1296 square foot rancher without an inch of wasted
space. It has a front porch to watch the
neighborhood go by, decorated with flower pots and comfortable chairs in the
summer or Christmas decorations in the winter. The living room, eating area,
and kitchen are all open to each other and vaulted. There are lots of
windows so it doesn't feel like a small house but they are well placed so
there is someplace to put the furniture! The kitchen is compact and
efficient but very functional. Essentially a galley kitchen but with a snack
bar that will fit a couple of stools. Makes it perfect for visiting with the
cook or reading the paper and having a cup of coffee. There's also a pantry
closet and a door that gets you to the back yard patio. This is a 3 bedroom
house with a nice sized master, master bath, and closet and two more cozy
bedrooms for an office, guests, or little kids.
